I have trialed the product with 12 massage patients. The response is very positive. I also took it upon myself to do some background market testing and spoke to a number of practitioners (physio and massage therapists are open to it) and they think it’s a great idea.

There are a number of us who went to massage school. We were looking thru some web sites and came across yours. One of the girl bought two of the icyballs, I love them ... some other people are waiting on mine to come in so they can check them out. They will probably buy some as well.

I thought the Kewlerband was great. My Dad was visiting when it came, He has been getting steriod shots in the lumbar /sacral area for stenosis and degenerative disc nerve compressions. I showed him how to load the white icyballs and explained the hot and cold applications, and sent it home with him. I'll order another on my next order for my demo, and thank you so much for that complimentary unit, I think it's a great way to apply the balls. I almost have the last order sold so you should here from me soon. I am thinking about having a little work shop with some of the people who have ordered from me to help them with their application methods some are not understanding how to get the best(or at least what I think is the best) results and flow in their sessions. I think those who do hot stone get it a little better than new therapist or therapist who have been working for a while and have not been using heat or cold in there sessions. I might do the workshop through Guilford Tech Community College where I teach massage and it's possible I can do it as continuing ed for CEU's I am checking on that now. Thanks again for all the help and the Kewlerband.

Just wanted to let you know how useful I have found the Icyball! I am able to sleep with the large one under my knee at night after I have used it as a pressure release for my hip bursitis. The balls stay cold a long, long time and are not messy. I was told to ice the back of my knee before bed every night, but I found it too difficult and messy to use an ice pack.

I started using the icyball in physical therapy. This is the best way to use ice on your injury. Good thing about it you can use it for heat also. I was so impress that I order some for myself. I would recommed this to everyone. I wouldn't think of using anything else.

I recently discovered that I have plantar fascitis and the pain first thing in the am has been terrible until I use the icyballs and then I'm good to go for the day. I use my icyballs to keep my son's drinks cold in a small cooler and therefore it's readily available for boo boos on the playground. My actual first use of them was on a bad hand burn from the oven and I never blistered because I immediately held the white icyball which fit perfectly in my hand. As a nurse, a mom, and active person I give your product a big thumbs up. I am sure I will continue to find more and more uses for your wonderful product.

On Tuesday, one of my daughters pulled a muscle running the bases. My wife drove home and picked up the large one. My daughter was using it on her thigh and told us after that it worked better then an ice pack. My daughters all use them after practice and games on their arms and shoulders. These products work great. If you need anyone to testify or speak highly of these products I will.

We bought a 3-set of the icyball at the Health and Wellness festival a few weeks ago. We participate in competitive high school volleyball tournaments about every other weekend in different cities in NC, SC, VA, WVA, FL. With a lot of sprains (unfortunately) occuring at these games, we believe we've discovered another market opportunity for you.

My name is Cindy Blair. I am a licensed massage therapist here in NC. I have a practice dealing with orthopedic massage and pain management. I am a sports massage therapist. I have used your product on a few of my clients and they have loved the cold effect of the icyball. Now, they want to purchase them. So, I would like to get some brochures and if possible a display for my office and purchase a supply of them. I work alot of events-marathons, bike races, etc. in the triangle and can see a demand for icyballs at these events... I also have a few other massage therapists work for me and with me at these events and at a corporation where my company Massage For Life, Inc. is contracted to do chair massage... Thank you for such a great product which helps manage pain in my clients and myself. I look forward hearing from you. Have a great day.

Hello, my name is Greg Jones and I own and operate American Therapeutic Massage & Body Works in WinstonSalem NC. I use the icyball product during my massage routine(Hot & Cold) and have had fantastic response from my clients. They not only enjoy the experience but end up purchasing the product for their family and friends. If you are a therapist or simply have pain I highly recommend the icyball thermal product!

I have had to use a "therapy" ball for back and hip pain for over a year. They really work but have to be re-inflated periodically. With a regular ball there is a two step process. Use the ball for therapy and then ice the affected muscles. With the Icy Ball, I can do two things at once! I put the ball over the muscle area that is causing the pain and simply lay on it. Since it is already cold I don't have to ice the muscle before or after therapy. They never get hard but have a nice "give" to them. Best of all I don't have to re-inflate them. Now that I found out I can also warm them I think I will use cold in the summer and warm in the winter. My physical therapist was very impressed when I showed it to her.
