Heating tips for long life of your icyball® or thermalball products:

Thermalballs were created for improved life (over the original icyball®) in a heated environment.

• Place your icyball® or thermalball in the top rack of the dishwasher. This not only sanitizes, but heats them up for yourself or your client!
• Fill a microwave safe bowl with enough water to cover. Your thermalball needs to be COMPLETELY SUBMERGED. The heated surrounding water is an indicator of the temperature inside the thermalball.
• NEVER Microwave thermalballs directly.
• NEVER overheat thermalballs. (High temperature roasters, crockpots or boiling/steam)

Would it be possible to put an estimated time to heat depending on the wattage of ones microwave oven?

Start out with 2 minutes and check the surrounding water, and adjust for preference (remember that 112 degrees F is considered therapeutic)
